The project is located on the island of Koh Chang, in the village of Klong Son. It is on the same road leading to Ban Qwan Chang elephant camp, 1.5 kilometers from the intersection on the left hand side of the street. In the 120 square meter facility there is a clinic, surgery & lab, ICU/nursery, a sleeping room, kitchen and toilet. In the back, there are 4 outdoor dog kennels.
The building is easily visible from the road with 23 cats and 3 dogs running around.
